I just went to Studio 175 and was serviced by Arianna. This will be the second visit here. Arianna does such a great job. I got a perm from her in Nov and still have it. Plus today April 1st came to get an all over hair dye and haircut. Arianna was helpful in the color selection and also great with my haircut. She took her time and listened to my suggestions. I am very pleased and definitely will be back. I highly recommend Arianna.
The facility on ellwood road is rediculous. They never have enough employees to cover anymore. The last 2 days of trying to get my hair cut there has been only 1 employees. Not only is it not right for the customer but with 1 employee how does she handle the stress level. This seems to be ongoing since it took over Famous hair. It makes the company look really bad. I will be going elsewhere. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has. And I'm not sure if this company really cares what I say.
